Renowned veteran singer, Josephine Nakalungi, widely known by her stage name Phina Mugerwa Masannyalaze has officially presented British lover,Roger Fish, to her parents in a private Kwanjula ceremony held in Kawaala where she ensured everyone that she has selected him from a pool of suitors.
The self-proclaimed Uganda's Shakira has demonstrated her fortitude by making this significant decision.
The event occurred at the residence of her parents in Kawaala, Lubaga Division, Kampala.
Roger Fish, who was previously wedded to Phinah Mugerwa, pledged to cherish her from the instant they crossed paths. Phina was captured on camera swinging at her supporters during the occasion.
The ceremony was attended by General Elly Kayanja, Father Kiibi, Maama Fiina, NRM Buganda Chairman Godfrey Kiwanda Suubi, and former Presidential Private Secretary Caroline Kembabazi the 'Chief Grandson'.
Musicians that attended included; Naava Grey, Irene Namatovu, Annet Nandujja and many others.
