In the early morning hours of 07th June 2023, Uganda's loved comedian, actor, musician and former Member of Parliament for Rubaga South, Kato Lubwama was announced dead hence leaving so many questions of what exactly went down, here we explain to you how he got an attack and died in seconds.
According to reports we received from doctors at Stana Medical Centre in Bunamwaya, Kato Lubwama was rushed to their facility after collapsing while in the car returning to his home from his duties.
His driver was taking him back home late at night when he suffered a medical emergency forcing his driver to take him to the hospital.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, doctors discovered that neither his heart nor his pulse were still beating. The doctor believes that Kato Lubwama had already breathed his last when his driver rushed him to the hospital.
Kato was battling high blood pressure and diabetes conditions, and he had an intestinal complication that saw him flown to Turkey where he was operated and discharged in 2022.
