'Reggae On The Nile' 3-Days Festival Returns For The Fourth Edition

The fourth edition of "Reggae On The Nile Festival" has been launched today with a press conference and it is slated to take place on 21st-23rd November 2019 and Blizz Uganda was there to bring you all you missed..

Reggae On The Nile edition for this year will be held on Thursday 21st, Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd November 2019 at the Nile Nest down in Jinja. The annual event is comprised of three different aspects of the Ugandan Entertainment, Music, Culture, Art and Tourism.

This festival is focused on giving people outlets to lift up their consciousness so that they can practice living in harmony with themselves no matter the age, race or even gender as stated by the organizers.

Organized by Humble Management,  this year's edition will be aimed at celebrating Reggae Music, Art and the Reggae Culture at large just like all the previous 3 editions.

It has also been made clear that the festival is being promoted beyond boarders with stakeholders and fans from different countries like Kenya, Ghana, Rwanda, USA, Germany, France and Jamaica all being part of it.

The three days events have been broken down with different themes including;

  • Thurdasy -African Nite
  • Friday - Rub-Dub Nite
  • Saturday - International Nite and Spicing it all up with art, tubing on the Nile, camping, camp fires, sailing on the Nile, and village walks.

 

Humble management has partnered with Pilsner Lager, Coca Coda, and NBS Television to give a memorable experience as stated during the press conference.

All tickets are being sold online by Mookh ticketing company and they go for UGX 50K for one day pass, UGx 80k for a 2days pass,and UGx 100k for a three days pass. They also have discounted tickets called "Die Hard Tickets" which go for just UGX50K for a full three days pass but selling them shall end on 31st October.
