Kyadondo East MP Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine has insisted that his Independence Day music concert scheduled for his One Love Beach in Busaabala, Wakiso District, will take place even as police has made it clear that he's not allowed to stage any concert.
Addressing journalists, Bobi Wine insisted that his music concert is still going to take place whereas police have also made it clear that they are not going to let him stage any concert since he ends up turning every concert into a political rally.
Bobi Wine warned that he will personally walk to the police headquarters on Wednesday if he does not receive any reply to his letter by the end of the day. His remarks come after Mr Fred Enanga, the police spokesperson, told journalists earlier on Monday that police is yet to receive an official communication from the territorial commanders where the concert will be held.
"Bobi Wine will not be allowed to stage any music concert, even the President himself made it clear that Bobi Wine should choose between Music and Politics, he can't do both"- Fred Enanga told the journalists.
