Sevo Officially Registers as a Member of the Uganda Musicians Association (UMA)

Having fulfilled the necessary requirements including the payment of the mandatory subscription fee, Hip Hop artiste Sevo who also dubs as the President of the Republic of Uganda, His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni officially joined the Uganda Musicians Association.(UMA).

The Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) is licensed by the National Union of Creative Performing Artists and Allied Workers (NUCPAAW), to represent musicians, producers and artist managers by protecting, promoting and preserving Ugandan music, and advocate for the interests of its members to the government, the music industry, the media and the public.

Sevo was officially added to the newly crafted Musician Association (UMA) last Thursday 3rd October after clearing the subscription and Identity Card Fees a development that was approved by the Association's President Ms Sophie Ggombya at their offices located at the National Theatre, Kampala.

Blizz Uganda has learnt that Sevo (President Museveni) who made his debut song in the industry way back in 2010 'Yes Ssevo' is managed by one of his Bazukulu, events and musicians promoter Balaam Barugahara of the Balaam Marketing and Promotions Agency.

Revelers should gear up for Sevo's upcoming music album dubbed "Museveni Non-Stop" that comprises of audios like Kwezi, Yengoma, Twebereremu, Tunyweze engule, Mpa enkoni among others.
