Waiswa Andrew was on Target in Gaddafi's Pulsating Win against Mbarara City FC on Sunday 20th February, 2022. Club skipper Waisswa Andrew was on target as his side Gaddafi fc won 1:0 against visiting side Mbarara City in a match played at Gaddafi Arena.

Waiswa Andrew scored from the penalty spot at the stroke of full time after Bate Seif was fouled in the forbidden area.

The win ends Gaddafi's two match losing streak and also moves them to 8th position with 24 points from 6 wins an6 draws after 18 matches, displacing UPDF who descended to 9th position.

Mbarara City are now winless in their last eight matches, losing five and drawing the other three with their last wcoming in a 3:2 score against Onduparaka on 11th December, 2021.

The 'Ankole Lions' currently languish in the relegation zone in 14th position with 16 points and next play URA FC in the Uganda Uganda Cup on Thursday 24th February 2022 whereas Gaddafi FC visits Police FC a day later.
