The second leg of the second preliminary round of CAF Confederation Cup clash between Proline and AS Kigali of Rwanda gets underway tomorrow Saturday 28th September, 2018.

The first leg in Rwanda a week ago ended one all square with Ugandans on target for both sides. The yellow and Purple striped side scored through Bright Anukani in the 46th minute whereas AS Kigali equalized through Ssentongo Farouq's penalty in the 85th minute. A barren draw is enough for the home side to progress to the group stages tomorrow whilst AS Kigali needs a win or a draw of more than one goal.

The match will be officiated by referees from Equatorial Guinea:
Center referee will be Joaquin Esono Eyang, Jose Antonio Eko and Carlos Ndong will be the first and second assistant referees respectively while the fourth official will be Diosdado Nzibi Nze.

Ahead of the encounter, Proline FC had a friendly match against Bweyogerere which they won 3:1 courtesy of goals from Captain Nordin Bunjo, Mujuzi Mustafa and Hamis Kiiza.

The team is boosted by the coming back to squad of Mandela Joseph from an injury that kept the star out when Proline won 3:0 in aggregate in the first round also missing out in one all stalemate in Kigali.

The Mujib Kasule owned team will rely on good performances from Ivan Bogere and Bright Anukani who have impressed in the ongoing CECAFA U20 championship in Uganda.

A win for Proline and KCCA who play Petro de Luanda in CAF champions league qualifiers will mean two Ugandan clubs will be in group stages of two Continental trophies for the first time in history.
