Gen Katumba Wamala has just survived an assassination attempt after 4 unknown armed gunmen riding on 2 black motorbikes shot at his convoy as he was riding with the daughter, driver and bodyguard to attend a burial ceremony.
According to Blizz Uganda reporters, Gen Katumba Wamala was on his way to his mother in law's burial when this attempted murder on his life happened.
Also latest reports confirm that Gen. Katumba Wamala's daughter, Brenda has been confirmed dead in an assassination attempt on the General's life. The car was shot seven times.
Gen.Katumba Wamala twitted 55 minutes ego before he was shot at; ''I wish you a month of Happiness, Success, Peace, Prosperity, Good Health, and Wealth. Remember to social distance, sanitize, and wash your hands regularly.''
However, the question on everyone's mind is why Katumba travels in a vehicle that is not bullet proof.
