Prominent Radio and TV personality Flavia Tumusiime Kabuura has officially signed out as an employee at NTV Uganda to seek greener pastures elsewhere.

After 6 good years in the NTV-Uganda news room, the eloquent and soft speaking news anchor and TV presenter through her socials has revealed how she has ended the road with NMG group so as to give space to young talents to fill the vacuum.

"After 20 years in television, I have chosen to challenge myself again. In 2015, I was given an opportunity to join the newsroom at NTV as an anchor and that challenge was accepted with fear and grace.

Thank you for the training and the platform that has rebranded me and helped my career adjust to a new vision I have since set for myself.

Thank you to the viewer. YOU have been the reason for a lot of my success and I will never take you for granted.

April 2021 was my last month as anchor and host NTV and the start of great changes in both my career (media personality, content creator and business partner) and life as a wife and mother.

You will always be part of my life and I don’t intend to hide the next move or actions of my life.
For now, mine is gratitude for where I’ve been and who I’ve become and I hope young people will now occupy these spaces we are leaving and that you’ll do great things,"
Flavia Tumusiime's emotional goodbye letter partly read.

The former anchor of NTV Tonight and co-host of the Morning at NTV show is reportedly following suit of senior journalists and presenters that have left NTV to join NBS TV mention the likes of Sheila Nduhukire Solomon Sserwanja among others and she will be unveiled so soon by the Naguru based political command center.

Flavia apparently had asked for a salary increment from her bosses but her request was turned down hence a decision to quit.

Rumour has it that Flavia has already penned to paper a juicy contract with NBS TV and is likely to join the NBS Live at 9 crew.
