Geosteady Granted a Free Hijja, Soon to Become a Hajj

Singer Geosteady Blackman real names Kigozi George William is a Hajji after being blessed with a holy journey to Mecca and Madina for ‘Umura’.

The development comes days after the "Energy" singer converted from Christianity to Islam due to his passion and love for the religion since childhood.

Through his socials on Wednesday, the excited singer has revealed the good news to his fans and followers how Allah blessed him with a pilgrimage to Mecca courtesy of Thurayaa Safaris.

“Allah Blesses me with Umura to Mecca and Madina through thurayaa Safaris. The point is who Jah bless no man curse,” Said Geosteady.

Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca (the holiest city for Muslims, located in the Hejazi region of Saudi Arabia) that can be undertaken at any time of the year, which has specific dates according to the Islamic lunar calendar.

In accordance to the Law of Islam, for both pilgrimages, a Muslim must first assume, a state of purification achieved by completing cleansing rituals, wearing the prescribed attire, and abstaining from certain actions.
