Ugandan controversial journalist, author and political analyst Joseph Tamale Mirundi has on Monday 15th broken down into tears as he revealed the assailant who thumped his son and broke his jaws.

Days back, we informed you how Joseph Tamale Mirundi Junior, the last born to "Mutabani wa Yowana Mirundi and Molly Namatovu" was then nursing wounds after being thumped by unknown assailants.

Tamale Mirundi Junior was beaten up like a chicken thief and good enough he escaped by a whisker though with serious body injuries.

During his weekly analytical show on STV, Tamale Mirundi Senior has revealed that the attacker who thumped his son is a renowned assassin only identified as Yiga, a resident of Gomba who is famously known for executing dirty deals for a pay.

While shedding tears, the emotional Mirundi has applauded People Power opposition political movement to which his son subscribes to for the efforts that they have so far put in to register justice for his son thereby calling upon other parties to join his fight of ensuring that his son gets justice.

"I kneel down before you, I first of all would like to thank the People Power fraternity and applaud my brother Bobi Wine who are currently in the manhunt for my son's attacker, Yiga, a sadistic fellow from Gomba. He even abused and undermined the Kabaka of Buganda. He is a goon who on many occasions has been used in dirty missions mentions raping women and killing people. One of his is body guards who is a military police officer is the one that was used by Yiga to beat up my son and broke his jaws to the extent that he won't be talking for 6months. My son is currently feeding through strips. Help me look for this arrogant fellow, Yiga. I'm an old man of 60 years who has never knelt down no wonder I cannot let Yoga kill a son of Mirundi with impunity. I beg that you render me a helping hand to bring Yiga to justice. I'm confident we shall get him," Tamale Mirundi Senior cried out.
