Singer Shafik Walukagga aka Fik Fameica together with his music producer Artin pro have been forced to appear in court over composing a song that allegedly undermines women called 'My Property."
According to credible info Blizz Uganda received, Fik Fameica and Artin Pro were dragged to court by one Prasidia Nagasha over his song "property" which is said to be undermining and violating the rights of women and girls in Uganda.
Fik Famaica was sued alongside his producer Martin Musoke alias Artin Pro for producing the song, and Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) for failing to protect Ugandans from the harmful content.
Nagasha also sought an order compelling Fik Famaica and Artin to publish a public apology to all women and girls in all newspapers of wide readership, radios, and televisions in Uganda and on Youtube.
