After the transfer window for players was postponed, UPL clubs have continued to better their squads with new additions. In the weekend, Vialli Bainomugisha's Onduparaka FC added to their squad three players who include Ronald Odokonyero, Moses Okot and Noel Nasasira.
Defender Ronald Odokonyero signed a one year loan deal from URA FC whereas midfielder Moses Okot inked a two year permanent deal from Bright Stars as the latest signing of striker Noel Nasasira joined on a season long loan deal from Kyetume FC.

At Big League side Tooro United, Edward Golola, the club's Head Coach poached striker Dennis Ojara from Vipers SC. The gigantic forward re-unites with former boss at the St Mary's side after penning a three year contract with the "Entale Za Tooro."
Northern Uganda based side and Big League entity Arua Hills FC also named tactician Hussein Mbulangu, a CAF A license holder as their new head coach. He will be assisted by CAF B license holder and former Express FC Junior team coach Ibrahim Kiwanuka as they target top flight football come 2023. The coach is unless otherwise set to be announced today Monday 28th September,2020.
The kick off date for the new 2020/2021 Uganda Premier League (UPL) season was rescheduled to at least more 30 other days from the innitial date of 17th October,2020.
