The FUFA executive committee has sat on Monday 17th August 2020 and allocated 32MUgx to be given to each of the club members of the Uganda Premier League.
In the meeting, the committee acknowledged receipt of USD 500,000 COVID-19 relief fund and promised another convention in which an allocation to the Women football league will be announced.
Football Clubs in Uganda have been hit with a big blow with all sporting activities restricted due to COVID-19, leaving no room for earning a penny.
With this money, the clubs will have to beef up their squads and help their squad members.
