Mbarara City Adds Karim Ramathan to their Squad

Amid preparations for the new season 2020/2021, many teams have embarked on strengthening their squads with new signings and Mbarara city are the latest having lured Karim Ramathan's signiture late on Monday 20th July, 2021.

The defender who signed from Big League side Kasese New Villa put pen to paper on a four year contract that will see him stay at the "Ankole Lions" till 2024.

A post on their social media platforms led:

"We are delighted to announce the signing of defender Karim Ramathan from @FufaBigleague side New Villa Fc on a 4 year contract".

He joins the other three new signings of Samali Farouk who returned back from a loan at Kigezi Home Boys, Kalungi Godfrey and Edwok Ronald, the two signed from Big League side Light SSS FC.

Mbarara City Finished 7th on the sixteen team Uganda Premier League table with 36 points from 10 wins, 6 draws and 9 losses. The new season starts on 17th October, 2020.
