Police is currently hunting for conman city tycoon Don Nasser over fraud cases after the arresting of his friend Kavuma Honest aka Champagne Papi.
According to reports, Police is currently on the hunt for Don Nasser, real name Isaac Nduhukire, over forged Covid-19 car stickers and police investigations have found out Don Nasser has been heading cartel that’s been printing fake stickers.
So far 10 people have been arrested for issuing fake Movement Permits/Stickers and Interestingly Kavuma Honest is a Kampala socialite and a close pal of Don Nasser.
Champagne Papi
In the social circles, he’s known as Champagne Papi and runs the Munyonyo artificial football turf, popular with musicians like Eddy Kenzo and many others.
Kavuma was arrested in Don Nasser’s Range Rover car at Jahazi Pier two weeks ago. Police had targeted Don Nasser, the head of the fraudsters.
