President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has gifted his former press secretary Tamale Mirundi with a brand new car worth UGx 300Million and he has paraded it off while laughing at his haters.
This brand new Black Mitsubishi Pajero with State House registration number UG 4008C is one of the most trending Government vehicles and Mirundi confirmed the news and took his NSB TV ‘One On One With Tamale Mirundi’ moderator, Kazibwe Bashir for a quick tour and said he deserved it.
“I worked a lot for him. I am a good friend of the President. This was like a replacement because my car was too old, The President renewed my contract despite me not being there. They have tried to persuade him into terminating it but he refused,” TamaleMirundi said.
Mirundi said that the car was a gift for the efforts he put in while still working as a press secretary at the State House and revealed he still has a contract with State House. Tamale Mirundi served as President Museveni’s press secretary for 12 years and was replaced by his deputy Lindah Nabusay in 2012.
