Renowned events and music promoter Balaam Barugahara has forced singer Big Eye to cancel his Magere trek where he was meant to protest before MP Bobi Wine, the CEO People Power pressure group over the continued impunity of his supporters that had seen their opponents suffer at their hands.
It must be remembered that while still intensifying his fight against People Power supporters as he desperately looked for money, singer Big Eye had written a request to the Uganda Police to allow him protest all the way to Magere come Thursday 2nd January 2020.
The 'Ndi Single' singer had on Saturday notified the office of the Inspector General of Police located at Naguru, Kampala city seeking for permission of approximately 50-100 Ugandans for the subject above and enough security come 2nd January 2020 for a peaceful demonstration to Magere protesting the mistreatment of NRM musicians allegedly at the hands of the People Power pressure group supporters headed by the Kyadondo East legislator.

After failing to get booked for festive season shows and Catherine Kusasira getting pelted with bottles because of their differences in political beliefs, the angry and disappointed singer Big Eye recently came out and announced how he was fed up with the whole saga and was ready to tussle it out with MP Bobi Wine if he failed to come up with an official statement condemning the behaviors of his supporters.
While exercising his right of a peaceful demonstration in accordance to section 2 of the Public Order Management Act 2013, the Big Music Group CEO had sought for security and greenlight from the law enforcers so as to fulfill his noble cause.
Given the fact that he has got a big experience in the local entertainment industry, when asked to give his say on the Big Eye- People Power saga during a TV interview last Monday, the CEO Radio 4 advised the 'Ndi Single' singer to immediately cancel his alleged trek given the fact that it was inappropriate and uncalled for.
Balaam advised Professor Big Eye to seek other ways of addressing his indifferences with MP Bobi Wine and his People Power Movement may be through a special approach but not like a lumpen after all Bobi Wine is his elder and an UNCLE in the music industry.
"Ssabavulu" also offered Big Eye a lucrative deal to perform as a surprise act at Kanda Bongo Man New Year's show at Sheraton Hotel given the fact that he is looking for new ways of making money as he is currently unemployed.
