City socialite and casanova, Don Nasser real name Nasser Nduhukire was arrested over the weekend in Nairobi Kenya where he had ran to hide on cases of aggravated trafficking and s3xual exploitation of a minor and he was remanded to Luzira looking forward to harsh sentencing.
According to info put out by the authorities, earlier this year in June, police initiated an investigation into a case involving Don Nasser, Promise Gatete, and a 16-year-old girl where Don Nasser linked up with the victim whose identity is yet to be established at Tagore Apartment at Acacia Mall.
Subsequently, the victim was trafficked to Kito in Kira Division where they spent over three days indulging in unethical activities.
After her parents learned of the development, they were rubbed the wrong way, before filing a police case and during that time, the Police’s attempts to arrest Nasser yielded no fruit, as he exited the country to Nairobi Kenya. Following his arrest over the weekend, he was arraigned before the Buganda Road Court cases of aggravated trafficking and sexual exploitation of a person.
Nasser was subsequently remanded to Luzira prisons until October 8, 2024, awaiting to be committed to high court to face trial since their charges carry a maximum penalty of death.
