Local content creator and barber, Arnold Senkungu , has today been laid to rest amidst deep pain and sorrow after he was reportedly to death by his jealousy baby mama Shinah Atwine who checked his phone and rushed out to buy a brand new knife for the murder.
In a shocking turn of events, the vibrant neighborhood of Kabalagala witnessed a tragic end to the love story between Brian Barber’s son, Arnold Senkungu, and his girlfriend, Shina Atwine, popularly known as Arnold Barber.
According to a press release from the Uganda Police, the incident occurred on Wednesday morning, stemming from a relationship disagreement between the couple. The police report revealed that Shina Atwine allegedly took the drastic step of ending Arnold's life following suspicions of infidelity.
The couple, residing in the Mosque Zone, Kibuli Parish, Makindye Division, Kampala District, had been living together, sharing the same space.
Reports from reliable sources, indicate that Shina Atwine had been grappling with suspicions of Arnold's alleged infidelity, leading her to frequently check his phone.
Things took a tragic turn on Wednesday when a heated argument over their relationship status escalated.
The police statement detailed that Shina Atwine Arnold before turning the weapon on herself.
The shocking discovery unfolded at Arnold Barber’s residence in Kabalagala when neighbor Sserunjoji Frank noticed fresh blood and locked doors.
With the assistance of fellow residents, they forced entry and found Arnold Barber alive but severely injured. He was promptly rushed to Kibuli Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Unfortunately, the heartbreaking scene didn't end there, as Shina Atwine was found lifeless with a deep neck wound, marking the tragic conclusion to their troubled relationship.
The entire community is left in shock and mourning as the investigation by the Uganda Police continues to unfold the details behind this unfortunate incident.
