Maureen Nantume, a former singer of the legendary Golden band, has revealed that she's open for a heated a music battle with her former bandmates, Catherine Kusasira and Sir Mesach Semakula as she feels like they are the only two musicians in Uganda who can come a bit closer to defeating her.
While appearing on TV for an interview, Nantume stated that this isn't a grudge match as it is all about good faith and friendly competition.
The talented singer shared this exciting news while attending her daughter Whitney's graduation. It's clear that Maureen is not only a musical powerhouse, but also a proud and supportive mother. We can't wait to see what she has in store for us next!
When asked about which musicians she'd love to go head-to-head with in a musical battle, Nantume didn't hesitate to name Catherine Kusasira and Mesach Semakula.
