Just days after undergoing a critical said surgery, Leone Island Music Empire CEO, singer Dr. Jose Chameleone put himself in jeopady and stepped on stage to perform at the Afro-Fest in Canada which raised alot of concern from fans as he received treatment funds from the Government of Uganda.
According to info Blizz Uganda received, Chameleone had a bill accumulating to almost 400Million in the USA where he had gone for surgery and it was footed by the Ugandan government.
To many people's surprise, just a few days later after being discharged from Aline Medical Hospital in Minneapolis, he braved through and performed over the weekend at the Afro Fest in Toronto.
Videos making rounds on social media show Chameleone on stage performing while perched on a chair with a low vibe, before making his way over to the partygoers to shake their hands.
