With just a few days remaining to her Live Music concert at Lugogo Cricket Oval, singer Hajarah Namukwaya aka Spice Diana has responded to events promoters who have decided to set up a standard price for artistes if they want to perform.
The prices were put into a document that was shared on sick media and like any other artiste, Spice Diana wasn’t pleased by the pricing saying she doesn’t understand where promoters get the audacity to do price artistes.
According to Spice Diana, artistes invest alot of money, and their time into music and promoters still don’t find value in them.
“Promoters are not serious. Where do they get the audacity to price what does not belong to them? Artists invest time, money and energy to be in favor of fans, who become the revenue for these promoters.” Spice Diana speaks out
Spice Diana is not the only artiste that wasn’t happy with the pricing. Cindy Sanyu also called out promoters telling them not to hire an artiste they can’t afford.
