Speaking out to the media, NTV and Spark TV presenter Faridah Nakazibwe stated how she is proud of having ''Maalo'' as a MunaMasaka that's why she has organized the Greater Masaka Fete slated for September this year.
Greater Masaka Festival grand opening festival is organized to take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval on the 17th of September 2022 before the main show that will take place later on the 24th of September 2022 at Masaka Recreational Grounds.
Entrance fee will be UGx 20,000 ordinary, UGx 100,000 VIP and 2M shillings a table.
This festival is sponsored by Faridah Nakazibwe’s Smile Nakazibwe Foundation. It will be partnering Pilsner beer, Spark TV, NTV, UBC, Star TV, Buddu FM, Bukedde TV, FM and Newspaper, Uganda Waragi and CBS FM.
According to Faridah Nakazibwe, this will be a cultural and family day out meant to bring people from Greater Masaka together that will feature strictly musicians from Masaka, DJ's from Masaka and different games from the same region.
