Bukeni Ali aka Nubian Li, the Firebase Vice President and next of kin to NUP Party Principal HE Bobi Wine says Kamwokya has no rage against singer Jose Chameleone as he constantly insinuates.

The singer turned political activist's response comes at a time when the 'Valu Valu' singer days ago came out to put up a serious quarrel against Bobi Wine and the top structures at Kamwokya for mixing politics with music thereby intimidating musicians who come out to deal with the ruling NRM government.

Chameleone confessed his dissatisfaction against NUP and Bobi Wine while gracing the UPDF Commander Land Forces 48th birthday at Lugogo over the weekend.

Now during an exclusive interview with a local TV station in town, Nubian Li has clearly stated how NUP is at good terms with Chameleone and if the singer has any issues with the opposition leading party, they will take on the mantle to involve him and iron out the indifferences.

"Kamwokya doesn't have any bad situation with Jose Chameleone. He is still our brother and family," Nubian Li partly stated.

Nubian Li has however advised Chameleone to always be cautious while selecting the choice of words he uses as despite the fact that he its his right as a musician to choose which gig to attend to, he may end up offending most Ugandans who are the oppressed by the regime when he says he is not a Ugandan but an East African music giant.

"If Chameleone loses his foundation, then he will be dubbed weak and a failure. As an artiste, he has a right to belong to a given political party but he needs to be cautious while selecting his choice of words as he may end up offending most Ugandans since they are the oppressed."-Nubian Li.

During his stage performance at Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba's 48th birthday bash, Chameleone clearly revealed how he doesn't have time for Ugandan fans since he isn't one of them but an East African music giant and it is a matter of choice for partiers to attend his shows or not.

The "Atagejja Atakoga" henceforth advised all those who then hate him and his music to forego attending his shows since as an East African music giant, he isn't ready to be eaten up Bobi Wine's political ideology.
