Singer Catherine Kusasira has furiously revealed how singer Mesach Semakula's decision to resign as a director of Golden Band was done in bad faith. Kusasira too has assured the entertainment industry how she will quit from the band in the near future.
Citing bad health that couldn't enable him execute his duties amicably, 'Omusiime' Mesach Semakula officially informed his fellow directors his decision of stepping down as a director and shareholder of the company.
The 'Onkuba' singer surrendered his 19% shares back to Golden Band Productions (U) Limited in addition to calling out the Band's continuing directors and shareholders to pick their musical instruments at his place any day.
Rubbishing politics as being the other root cause of Semakula’s departure from Golden Band, 'Mama Kabina' during an exclusive phone interview with Sanyuka TV's UnCut gossip show revealed how Semakula had other tissues that prompted him to abandon a company that he co-founded.
“I was also shocked after seeing the papers. But I believe, It is not politics that prompted Semakula to do that decision. They are other issues,” said Kusasira.
Given the fact that she had lesser shares than her other directors, Kusasira bitterly revealed how she could also quit from the band as she ain't ready to stay and feast on rotten eggs.
According to inside sources, Semakula is allegedly dumped Golden Band after he starting up his own music Band.
“I can’t stay in a burning house, if Semakula has dumped Golden Band, who is he leaving to eat rotten eggs?. He is the director, who started Golden Band, now since he left the Band he can’t leave it for me," lamented Catherine Kusasira.
