Singer Cinderella Sanyu aka Cindy claims that though the entire local music industry is against her, she isn't scared of overcoming the UMA presidential race after all God is by her side.

The 'Boom Party' singer is seeking reelection for Uganda Musicians Association, UMA presidentcy and is facing stiff competition against fellow singer King Saha as both gallop to victory.

Given the so many artistes that have so far come up to express to her opponent, the mother of two is disappointed that the entire industry is against her.

However, through her socials, the KingHerself says she is still certain of attaining a landslide victory leaving the rest of her challenges to the Almighty.

Cindy Sanyu, who took over the presidential mantle following singer Ykee Benda’s resignation in 2021, is one of the candidates that was successfully nominated for UMA’s top position.

Cindy, who is also known as the King Herself, has come into the eye of the storm over her supposedly dictatorial tendencies as well as for her assumed failure to unite Ugandan musicians.

However, Cindy says she is ready to unite musicians and reconcile with her political adversaries towards offering a fresh dispensation in her next term.
