Gaddafi Holds Express FC as URA FC Edges Past Onduparaka FC

Match day 20 saw two matches played as Express FC rallied behind to salvage a point at new league entrants Gaddafi FC.

Gaddafi Fc got an early lead in the 15th minute through Paul Musamali but an 81st Charles Musiige goal gave the defending champions parity and to claim a point for the Jinja based side.

The result meant Seven time champions Express FC are now winless in the last six Uganda Premier League matches, drawing five times with James Odoch, the club's interim boss winless in three matches thus far.

Express remained 6th with 31 points from 7 wins, 10 draws and 3 losses whereas Gaddafi FC remained 8th with 26 points from 8 wins, 6 draws and 8 losses.

At the Arena of Visions, Ndejje, Uganda Revenue Authority won their match against visitors Onduparaka FC. Steven 'Dese' Mukwala and Ibrahim Dada scored when the 'tax collectors' taxed the 'Caterpillars' with Safi Agu Mansoor consoling the Arua side with a single goal.

The win was URA's 6th against Onduparaka in 11 meetings with Onduparaka managing 1 win and the others being draws.

URA are now unbeaten in the last four matches with three wins and are now third on the table with only two points adrift of second placed KCCA (40) and five less of leaders Vipers who have 43 points.
