Former presidential candidate and Pop star Robert kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has come out to reveal that his children are free to become whatever they want.

The Ghetto gladiator said that he can’t impose his wishes onto his children but as a parent his role is to guide them through their decision makings.

Earlier this week, Bobi Wine's son Solomon Kampala won the Buzz Teenz Award for the best-dressed personality and at the same event, Kyagulanyi’s daughter, Shallom Namagembe sang one of her father’s songs something that left people excited and having lots of questions on wether Shallom is to take on her Daddy's foot steps.

While on Sanyuka Tv Uncut program, Kyagulanyi said that his role is to guide his children onto the right path and not self impose his wishes onto theirs.

"Well, my children are free to do anything they want and I would be proud of them in anyway. My role as a parent is to guide and groom them along the right path so that they don’t do anything that will embarrass them, the family, or their nation. For instance, my father wanted me to be a doctor and my mother wanted me as a lawyer. I however didn’t do so although I went back to school to pursue law in memory of my mother. So I will be happy in whichever path they choose to follow,” Kyagulanyi said.
