The hosts (Uganda) failed to make the last four with Tanzania making it to the semi finals.
Tanzania scored through Andrew Albert Simchiba's brace in the 25th and 62nd Minute.
Kelvin John made the difference for the Tanzanians with a last minute strike to drive the fans into Crazy celebration.
Uganda had their goals through Aziz Kayindo in the 46th and 76th minute.
