Next Media Service employees, Isaac Kawalya commonly known as Kayz, Brian Wakko, and Makko have finally been granted bail from Kitalya Prison where they spent 5 days, loosing their hair, dignity and freedom.
Last Friday, singer Emmanuel Omulangira Ssuuna popularly known as Os Suna dragged the trio to court over defamation and character assassination after they talked about his family, financial status among other things through their TV shows.
Today afternoon, the three appeared before the Buganda Road Magistrates Court via zoom broadcast for the hearing of their bail application with Shaolin-like hairstyles.
Going by the picture shared on Kayz’s official pages by his admin, the projected image into the courtroom was a picture of humility with the accused looking like life had been sucked out of him?
While in court the embattled Uncut Kayz was no longer the loud, unapologetic and confident man in the studio. He was tense with his hands held firmly. The shared photo depicted an image of a worried man afraid of spending another cold night behind the bar.
