Newly elect Kampala Lord Mayor, Salongo Erias Lukwago has left many wodering about his libido after a video of him staring at Singer Winnie Nwagi’s Bums captured different people's attention.
As Winnie Nwagi was performing at the celebration of Lukwago ‘s victory of Lordmayorship after swearing in, Erias Lukwago clinged his eyes on the “mataala” hitmaker.
Lukwago almost dropped saliva as he was starring at the Bummy singer shaking her body while performing.
