From contemporary dancer to Miss Rwanda 2021, Ingabire grace is now not like others simply because of the crown she is carrying on her head. Any crowned girl with the title of Miss Rwanda is not allowed to marry at that moment which shows the powerfulness of the position.

A contestant who is crowned her life changes and turns into a public figure. Arguably, Grace Ingabire, the Miss Rwanda 2021 is now a public figure and not like girls in the country and The campus has traced her hobbies, educational background and more to reveal who she really is.

Ingabire Grace Biography:

Since her childhood, she is passionately a contemporary dancer. She started learning to dance on her own due to unavailable dance trainers until when she joined high school.

In her usual life, she is always practicing dance at home, school, or elsewhere. During contests, she shows that she loves to dance, and emphasizes that dancing is more than fun or entertainment.

As it is written on her Instagram page, “Dance is the hidden language of the soul. I love dancing a lot and I truly believe there is more dance than just entertainment,”

Apart from dancing, her academic background is too stunning. She studied her primary studies at Kigali Parents School, she continued her ordinary level at Nu-Vision High School and in Advanced Level she studied at Gashora Girls Academy where she developed her dancing talent.

In May 2019 she graduated from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine State, USA, she got a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Choreography, Philosophy, and Psychology.  

Miss Grace Ingabire is one of the best high school performers at Gashora Girls' Academy. Ingabire Grace studied mathematics, economics, and world studies at the school.

In November 2019, Ingabire Grace started working on a project called 'Ikiringo' meaning happiness while working with Benedico Consulting company which she continuously presented as her Miss Rwanda project.

Her project aims to promote local dances including Ikinyemera, Ikinimba and other African dances.

She worked an internship in the Ministry of commerce (Minicom) while she was studying at Bates College in 2016 and  Rwanda development Bank (BRD).

Miss Grace Ingabire is the 11th Miss Rwanda since 1993 but is the 10th according to the new format under the organisation of Rwanda Inspiration backup.

Miss Grace Ingabire was born on November 11st, 1995 in Kigali, Rwanda.

After winning the crown, Grace Ingabire thanked her parents for the support.  “I am grateful to my mother. She’s been by my side so much. I also thank my family and friends who supported me. Am happy I didn’t expected this”.

On her Instagram page on Sunday she wrote, "Hi Friends, am still trying to gather all my emotions and I promise I will get back to you as soon as I can! In the meantime thank you so much for all the messages,".

Her Instagram page was followed unexpectedly after winning the crown to 10K followers added on it.

As the winner, Ingabire will get a monthly allowance of Rwf 800,000 and a brand new Hyundai Creta 2021, worth Rwf35 million. Hyundai Rwanda was one of the sponsors.

She will also work as the brand ambassador of Africa Improved Foods, one of the pageant’s partners, in different initiatives and campaigning during her 12-month reign, full scholarship offered by the University of Kigali, free fuel for a full year, courtesy of Merez Petroleum, internet for a full year offered by KOPA TELEC and other many other allowances including aesthetic treatments and salon care for a full year.
