Police FC striker Brian Muluuli and Vipers SC gaffer Fred Kajoba have won The Pilsner Uganda Premier League Awards for the player and Coach of the month of February as prepared at Kati Kati Restaurant, along Lugogo By-pass in Kampala on Monday, March 15, 2021.
The duo walked home with a million each, the equivalent of the awards.
Mululi Brian scored five goals for the Cops to help them stand 5th on a sixteen team log with 25 points after match day 14.
Muruli Brian beat competition from Express’ forward George Senkaaba and Vipers’ winger Paul Mucureezi to the prize.
For Fred Kajoba, the tactician helped his side to five wins and two draws in the month to be unbeaten.
The Venoms were impressive in February going unbeaten in the seven games played, garnering 17 out of the possible 21 points.
“I’m happy that they have recognised me as the best coach for last month. I would not achieve this without the people I work with at the club, my fellow coaches and the entire technical team plus the players who do the fighting on pitch.” said Kajoba.
