Express FC continued its perfect start to the season with a narrow but important 1:0 edge past Busoga United.
Frank Kalanda scored for the Red Eagles in the 25th minute after converting from a penalty spot.
The penalty was a result of Busoga United's goalkeeper Omedwa Rogers bringing down Eric Kambale and Kalanda who had not made a start before made no mistake having started in for the injured goal poacher George Ssenkaaba.
The win continues Wasswa Bbosa's side's unbeaten run to twelve matches with 28 points from eight wins and four draws and thus displaces Vipers from the table summit.
Busoga United are winless in twelve matches managing only five draws with the rest being losses.
