URA FC have continued to beef up their squad with the signing of defender Arafat Galiwango.
The defender completed a three year switch to the "The Tax Collectors" from Uganda Police FC and the club has confirmed the development via their Facebook page early in the morning on Tuesday 29th September, 2020.
On his arrival, Arafat had this to say.. "I am looking forward to achieving great things here and winning trophies again with URaa because it has been a while, which is what everyone's aim is."
The arrival of Galiwango means he's the fourth acquisition of the Sam Ssimbwa coached side after the earlier arrival of Jackson Nunda, Davis Ssali and goalkeeper Hannington Ssebwalunyo.
URA FC are looking for their first League trophy since 2010/2011. Last season, they finished fifth with 40 points from 10 wins, 10 draws and 5 losses and are looking to bettering that performance with a search for a fifth trophy.
The kick off date for the 2020/2021 was postponed for 30 more other days from the innitial kick off date of 17th October, 2020.
