Transfer News: Express FC, Proline FC & Tooro United All Acquire New Signings

As the Uganda Premier League transfer market is left with weeks to end, clubs have intensified their recruitment process with Proline FC, Express FC, Tooro all adding beef to their squads.

Big League entity Tooro United FC have ended Ponsiano Ssengonja's Masaza cup journey after they handed the left and center back a three year contract that will keep him at the Edward Golola coached side until 2023.The player nicknamed "Marcello" has for long played for Gomba and Ssingo winning trophies for both teams.

Express FC have also named defender Enoch Walusimbi as their new signing after the player announced his departure from Soltilo Bright Stars and has now penned a two year contract at the Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku until 2022.

Antony Bongole coached team Proline FC also acquired the services of striker Ivan Ocholit on loan from Express FC. Proline FC who were relagated from UPL to the FUFA Big League (FBL) last season are looking for a return to the top division, Ocholit will provide striking prowess on the front line where Bright Anukani left void to fill.

The Star Times Uganda Premier League will kick off on 17th October,2020.
