Six time Uganda Premier League champions Express FC have on Tuesday 22nd September, 2020 announced the signing of Dennis Mubuya.
The signing makes the former Tooro United right back the 13th acquisition a day after they announced the arrival another former Tooro player, striker Allan Kayiwa.
Upon joining for the Wasswa Bbosa coached side, the defender had this to tell the club website.
“I am glad to finally join this big club, as a defender I know it's important that me and my colleague. We shall work as a unit to get results." Mubuya revealed.
He joins new recruits like right-back Richard Bbosa, goalkeepers Denis Otim and Cryspus Kusiima, midfielders Isaac Nsengiyunva, Abel Eturude, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Ibrahim Kayiwa, Mahad Kakooza, Baker Sakah, Faisal Ssekyanzi, and strikers Charles Musiige and Kiragga Mustafa.
Express FC finished last season standing 9th with 31 points from 9 wins, 4 losses and 12 losses. The new Star Times Uganda Premier League season kicks off on 17th October, 2020 after the President of Uganda given green lights to football to resume.
