After a succesful meeting, Africa's football governing body CAF has announced new dates for the Total African Nations Championship.
The tournament that was initially scheduled to take place from for 4-25 April 2020 will now take place between 16 January to 7 February 2021.
It was also resolved that the 4th substitute will be applied in the event of extra time at knock out stages.
CHAN is a biennial football tournament in Africa exclusively featuring players who are active in the country's top tier.
The first tournament was hosted by Ivory coast in 2009 and won by DR Congo with Morocco the reigning champions.
