Tooro United have in their press conference held at Tavern Woods Restaurant in Kabuusu, Kampala on Wednesday 12th August named Edward Golola as their head coach.
Edward Golola is an experienced tactician who has had a hand in all the four title Vipers SC boasts with and comes with this much needed experience for the "Entale Za Tooro" side who where relegated in the just concluded season.
Golola will work with Mawogola Saza Saza team Simon Ddungu as his assistant Coach, Moses Oloya as the goalkeeping coach, Jamada Magaasi as the fitness Coach whereas Fred Kasekende will be the Junior Team's coach.
Tooro United finished at the bottom of the sixteen team table with 22 points from six wins, four draws and fifteen losses.
Club President Alice Namatovu introduced the tactician flanked by the Fort Portal City Member of Parliament Hon. Alex Ruhunda, a new board member at the club. He promised to give all it takes for the club to prosper.
The new FUFA Big League season is scheduled to kick off on 29th October, 2020
