Faded singer King Michael Mugwanya and family have been thrown out of house over the accumulating rent arrears.
The "Muko Muko" singer is accordingly owing his landlord over shs4.8million rent arrears for the last six months he has spent enjoying his landlord's shelter with out payment no wonder he has been issued an ultimatum of not late than 31st July 2020 to vacate his rental.
Being the first tenant, King Michael was meant to pay a monthly rental of shs800,000 monthly but according to his landlord, the singer has failed to fulfill his obligation.
Given the fact that the "Omuzukulu omukulu", Ssabavulu Balaamu also failed to bail him out, King Michael has swallowed the shame and is now opting to take an offer of a Kazigo from his mother-in-law where he will be seeking refugee for a while with his family till the situation normalizes.
