A few hours after the passing of Rtd Maj Gen Kasirye Ggwanga on Tuesday morning, comrades to the late are still eulogising the former Presidential Advisor on Buganda Affairs as a hero.
Ggwanga breathed his last at Nakasero Hospital where he had been admitted weeks ago.
According to the Kyadondo East parliamentary legislator and People Power Political Movement CEO, MP Bobi Wine, the country has lost a commendable personality that is really irreplaceable.
Bobi Wine is however thankful for having learned a lot from the fallen army General since he was a close friend with whom they argued out issues and set records straight worth public concern.
"The news of the death Gen. Kasirye Ggwanga is shocking. I had the opportunity of being his personal friend over a long time. We agreed and disagreed on many things, but everytime I met him, there was a lot to learn. May his soul rest in peace," said MP Bobi Wine through his socials.
