Kyadondo East legislator Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine spoken out after the release of this video footage showing how People Power supporter Daniel Kyeyune was allegedly gunned down by security operatives in Nansana municipality in Wakiso district.
Kyeyune was part of a procession of People Power supporters returning from the funeral of Ritah Nabukenya, a People power activist in Kiboga district. Nabukenya was allegedly run over by a police patrol truck in Nakawa, Kampala according to eyewitnesses.
At Nanana, Kyeyune was allegedly shot dead by a local defense unit (LDU) personnel during the procession.

Police later revealed that Kyeyune's shooter remains unknown and to date, investigation are still ongoing. A postmortem report according to the Uganda Defence Force First Infantry Division spokesperson Bilal Katamba indicates that Kyeyune the bullet found in Kyeyune's body was from a pistol which LDU's don't use.
Bobi Wine said their investigations show that;
"Dan (Kyeyune) was shot dead by an LDU officer called Faizal Kakooza also known as Kadogo (as captured in the video). We are gathering all this evidence to take legal action both at the domestic as well as through international mechanisms."
