Married to Nabasirye Rosette, Eddy Ganja, well known as an Afrigo Band veteran member ans also the father to musician Ganja Nanna aka Nana Genius, and South African based movie actor Phillip Ganja who acted in a South African top movie called "Welcome to South Africa"
Started his music journey early in Crane Band in 1975 before joining Afrigo Band in 1978, guitarist / solist Eddie Ganja has been part of the band touring the world and making top class music.
Considering a true living legend, Eddy Ganja has had an incredible journey mostly with Afrigo Band and is today 1st January 2020 celebrating his 66th Birthday.

It is also believed that Eddy Ganja is a mentor to so many young guitarists and an inspiration to his sons as they also decided to join the Music Industry because of his association to the growing industry of Uganda.
"I believe that my father is a genius and an inspiration to many, he started his journey so many years ago and has never paused it for any reason. He has been on so many stages and performed almost everywhere in the world and as he celebrates his birthday today, I am one of the most proud people" - Ganja Nana stated.
