Late Singer Martin Angume's widow, Julie Semugga Angume aka Julie Heart Beat is currently still in tears after her fiance Samuel Sekajugo Musoke failing to show up at her multi-million introduction ceremony and forcing her to introduce a photo.
Julie who is trying to revamp her love life has been over the moon in the past few months trying to prepare for a ground breaking introduction ceremony only for her to get disappointed in the end.
She is dating and now engaged to new lover identified Samuel Sekajugo Musoke who wasn't around at his Kwanjula ceremony today (12th December, 2019).

Blizz Uganda has also learnt that Sekajugo does not reside in the country as he stays and works in the Netherlands and the two hooked up in 2018 and since then they have been enjoying passionate romance, until they decides that their love is mature for the public eye.
Prior to hooking up with Sekajugo Julie had been widowed for a long time ever since the demise of her late hubby Angume, who passed away in 2013.
