A few months ago Vinka signed a contract with Sony Music Entertainment in corperation with Swangz Avenue but now after Swangz uploading her new video "Nja Kusitula" Sony has deleted it over copyright.
Upon signing that contract, Swangz Avenue together with Vinka agreed that Sony would be owning all rights to Vinka's new music including distribution rights.
Vinka's music was always uploaded onto Swangz Avenue's YouTube Channel before but after signing up with song, a unique YouTube VEVO account in the names of "VinkaVEVO" was opened up and it is where some of her new songs were being uploaded.
But after releasing "Nja Kusitula" Video, it was uploaded onto Swangz's channel only for it to be reported and deleted by Sony Music Entertainment (SME) copyright team.
We are now yet to see who will repload the song, whether it will be Song or Swangz Avenus since it is no where on YouTube currently.
