Veteran singer Halimah Namakula has expressed a strong desire to collaborate with King Saha, citing his exceptional talent and soulful music as his "Gundeze" song melts her heart everytime she hears it playing.
In a recent interview, Namakula was asked to name her favorite song, and without hesitation, she picked King Saha’s 2018 hit ‘Gundeeze’. The timeless love ballad, she explained, perfectly captures the emotions of being in love and is an ideal wedding song.
“‘Gundeeze’ by King Saha is a very beautiful song. Every time I hear it, I feel it is so nice for a wedding,” she said.
Despite her illustrious music career, Namakula has only collaborated with two artists—Jose Chameleone on Ndiyo Wewe and Bebe Cool on Sambagala. However, she now has her sights set on adding King Saha to that exclusive list.
“The next person I would wish to work with on a song, just the two of us, is King Saha,” she revealed.
