As Spice Diana celebrates her birthday, Roger Lubega, the CEO of Source Management and the driving force behind her rise to fame, has taken to his socials to share a heartfelt message not only celebrated her growth but also reflected on their long partnership hence answering so many questions.
In his post, Roger talked about the long road they've traveled together—from the early days of struggle, when many people doubted Spice Diana’s potential, to her current status as one of Uganda's most successful female artists. He emphasized how much work and dedication went into turning dreams into reality, highlighting the late nights and sacrifices they both made.

“I’m sitting here, thinking back on everything we’ve been through. The late nights, the endless hustle, the sacrifices, the dreams we built together from nothing. From those early days when people doubted you to now, where you’re standing tall as one of Uganda’s top female artists, unmatched in your talent and grace.”
