A heavy Chinese Sino truck, registered number plate UAX 494X loaded with road construction stone aggregates failed to break on the slope form Naalya side at Kogoowa-Ntinda, Kiwatule -Najeera road and rammed into several cars.
Several people have reportedly been injured. It has also been reported that the accident involved 11 cars and 2 boda bodas.
Police says one boda boda caught fire instantly as a heavy truck carrying stones this morning around Ntinda - Kiwatule road failed to brake and rammed into other cars.
So far Four (4) causalities have been confirmed and they have been evacuated to Mulago Hospital for aimmediate treatment.
However, according to the Red Cross, No death has been registered.
