The 'Kibooko' singer had way back vowed to take Ugandan music to the international level after getting the opportunity to travel and study more about music abroad from the ruling government.
While sharing the good news about his new achievement, the frustrated Bad Character Records boss has revealed on Tuesday that these were just empty promises from the ruling National Resistance Movement, NRM Party no wonder he can't wait to utilise his good grades to take the offer of scholarship from Victoria University Kampala so as to further his education.
Khalifa will be pursing a Bachelor's in Digital Marketing and Events Management.
It must be remembered that the singer had way back bagged a scholarship from government majoring in sound engineering for an unspecified period.
